Refund Policy - the basics
Once the services have been provided, no refund will be issued. Should you change your mind about engaging the services of Base & Meridian Co prior to any appointment, Base & Meridian will issue a full refund if cancellation is made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment.
Custom packages involve considerable effort and cover potentially months of engagement. Cancellation of a custom package can be done at any time, however the amount refunded will be prorated based on efforts and time spent on your project. A minimum charge based on an hourly rate of $90 per hour will be applied to any refunds issued.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance of any appointment. Cancellations the day of the appointment will be ineligible for refund, but are eligible to reschedule at a future date.
