Base & Meridian does not share information of any kind with third party companies. We do not accept nor store any proprietary customer data, which in may cases with regards to medical services is ruled by HIPPA Laws.

The website collects only your name and email address for initial contact only.  We do not store or reuse your credit card information. Each charge will require a new invoice and approval prior to processing payment.
